Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
• Ensure compliance with all federal and Florida state regulations
• Lead department heads across nursing, rehab, and support services
• Drive census growth and maintain strong occupancy levels
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency
• Maintain survey readiness and lead during inspections
• Build a positive culture for staff, residents, and families

Qualifications

• Active Florida Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license (REQUIRED)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a SNF Administrator (REQUIRED)
• Strong knowledge of Florida survey process and regulatory requirements
• Proven track record of operational and financial leadership
• Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve performance
