Behavioral Technician
We are looking for a compassionate and capable behavioral technician to create a supportive treatment experience for our patients. The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience working in behavioral health and is familiar or willing to learn the TMS procedures as training will be provide. We are currently hiring someone to work in the evenings, and full-time.

Responsibilities:
- Scheduling TMS treatment appointments
- Administering TMS treatments according to protocols provided by prescribing provider.
- Monitor patients in the clinic during their Spravato treatments
- Enabling effective treatment by accurately positioning the TMS equipment
- Monitor all aspects of the treatment sessions for patient comfort and treatment accuracy.
- Explaining TMS procedures and its possible effects on patients, as well as answering questions.
- Creating a supportive treatment environment and demonstrating compassion.
- Assisting patients to complete psychiatric rating scales after sessions.
- Recording session notes and collaborating with certified TMS psychiatrists on patient care.
- Collaborate with a team of trained TMS technicians to deliver high-quality patient care for each patient.
- Communicate with team treatment updates for the best patient care throughout treatment.Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with patients and coworkers.
