We are growing and looking for a hands-on Nursing Supervisor to lead private duty cases and support pediatric clinical oversight alongside our Director of Nursing. A company vehicle is provided for travel to patient homes.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and manage all private duty nursing clients, ensuring high-quality, consistent care
- Conduct admissions, supervisory visits, and ongoing clinical assessments
- Partner with the DON to support pediatric case oversight and clinical supervision
- Train, mentor, and support field nurses to ensure confidence and competency
- Develop, review, and manage care plans and physician orders
- Step in to provide direct patient care when needed
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, documentation standards, and best practices
- Build strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers

Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
Minimum 1 year of experience in home health and pediatrics
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
