Front of House Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Do-Nut Associate Staff to join our team!! As a member of the Front of House team, you will play a vital role in customer service, food presentation, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor as they arrive!
• Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
• Assist with food service tasks, including taking orders and serving food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness for incoming guests.
• Sanitize dining area and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Help maintain inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed.
• Utilize basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change to customers.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and promote menu items.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.

Skills

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with cash registers and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
