Yardi Technical Support Specialist

Dallas Corporate Office!

The Yardi Technical Support Specialist is responsible for assisting with Yardi training issue resolution, new property set up and other set up and maintenance. This position reports to the Lead Yardi Support Manager, and works closely with the Property and Regional Managers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and assistance to property managers on Yardi on software function and problem resolution.
  • Set up new properties in Yardi, and assist in training new staff on software functions.
  • Provide excellent customer support to Property Managers in responding to help desk tickets.

Position Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years experience as a property manager or assistant manager.
  • Excellent understanding of Yardi processes and ability to problem solve.
  • Degree required.
  • Skilled in Excel and Yardi.

  • Provide leadership to property managers.
