Job Responsibilities:

As a guest service representative, you must

  • Be a self-starter & motivator
  • Be comfortable with computer systems & online technology support
  • Be responsible for greeting new and existing guests, checking in and out guests, answering multi-line phone systems, and making reservations
  • Be responsible for making the Holiday Inn Wilmington a top destination for travelers 
  • Be able to communicate effectively to management, the other front desk staff, and our guests is a top priority
  • Must be willing to cross train between different shifts and departments
Working hours
  • Full-time position
  • Must be able to work early mornings, evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Uniform provided
