Role Overview

TCW Trends is a fast-growing apparel partner for major brands and retailers. We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Assistant to support the daily lifecycle of our apparel orders. You will be assisting the Product Development and Production team in their day-to-day task.

What You’ll Do

·    Track Production: Maintain daily tracking sheets to ensure all factory deadlines are met.

·    Factory Communication: Draft professional emails to overseas vendors and local clients regarding order status.

·    Sample Management: Receive, check, and organize samples (lab dips, strike-offs, and prototypes) for approval and shipment.

·    Order Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production status, sample approvals, and deliveries.

·    Data Entry: Input data and order updates in the system.

·    Logistics Support: Prepare sample packages for shipment and ensure all labeling is correct.

What We’re Looking For

·    Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Production, or a related field preferred.

·    1+ year in the apparel industry (internships count!).

·    High proficiency in Excel and Outlook is a must.

·    Very detail oriented! You notice the small things—from a wrong button color to a missing tracking number.

·    Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

·    Must be able to work on-site in Torrance, CA (M–F, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm).
