Position Overview

As a Social Media Coordinator at POLA Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing data-led creative campaigns aligned with brand KPIs and media objectives across critical strategic business verticals. You will be responsible for tracking and reporting the overall performance of campaigns and maintaining brand reputation standards across all social media platforms. This position requires effective collaboration with internal groups and staying updated on social media trends and platform algorithm changes.

Who We Want
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent
  • Three (3) years of experience in marketing with an emphasis on digital/social media, planning, and executing social media campaigns
  • Previous experience successfully managing medium-large projects involving participation and coordination of several resources and departments
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage conflict in a professional manner and provide solutions as a result
  • Expertise in reviewing and providing formal recommendations to mid-upper management
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop data-led creative campaigns aligned with brand KPIs and media objectives
  • Track and report the overall performance of campaigns and maintain brand reputation standards across all social media platforms
  • Manage and execute social strategy efforts and brand reputation management processes
