Cypress Cove Care Center is seeking a reliable and organized Transportation Driver / Appointment Scheduler (CNA Required) to support our residents’ off-site medical needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, staying organized, and playing a key part in ensuring residents receive timely, coordinated care.
This position is primarily responsible for transporting residents safely and managing appointment logistics, while also providing CNA-level support when needed.

What You’ll Do
- Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, hospitals, and other off-site visits
- Coordinate and schedule all resident appointments (specialists, follow-ups, diagnostics, etc.)
- Communicate with physician offices, transportation providers, and facility staff
- Ensure all required documentation, paperwork, and resident information accompanies each appointment
- Maintain organized schedules and adjust transportation routes as appointments change
- Assist residents in and out of vehicles safely, ensuring comfort and dignity at all times
- Provide CNA support as needed during transport or within the facility
- Follow all safety protocols, infection control standards, and HIPAA guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned to support resident care and operations
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification (Required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (Required)
- Experience driving patients/residents preferred (SNF or healthcare setting strongly preferred)
- Prior scheduling or coordination experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to a flexible, fast-paced daily schedule
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
