Location: 2201 Glen Hendren Drive Liberty, MO
Shift Differentials & Bonuses:
- $2.50 shift differential on nights
- Weekend shift differential of $3.50 (Friday night through Sunday night)

Key Responsibilities:
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents, documenting care and services provided.
- Accurately chart in the resident's EMR to reflect care given.
- Wear proper PPE as needed.
- Administer treatments and medications on time; order and perform diagnostic tests promptly.
- Take on nursing administrative duties on weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
- Effectively communicate during shift changes with outgoing staff.
- Investigate and resolve resident/family concerns swiftly.
- Adhere to state and Federal Regulations; participate in facility surveys.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and carry out Physician’s orders.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved Nursing Program (RN or LPN) and licensed in MO
- 2 years of Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
