We're looking for a Construction Manager to join our Gulfport team!

The Position: We're looking for a Construction Manager. You'll be responsible for:

  • Oversee and lead the Gulfport Reconstruction division comprised of Project Managers, Team Coordinators, and Technicians
  • Meet or exceed departmental quality targets and improve the customer experience
  • Be a leader through continuous process improvements, implementation of state-of-the-art technology and business strategies
  • Maintain a strong and skilled reconstruction team by equipping them with tools/resources, supplying service divisions, and identifying team staffing needs
  • Partner with Project Managers to schedule laborers and on-site visits, work through reconstruction project problems, and ensure team has support needed to succeed
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Planning the reconstruction projects from start to finish
  • Conducting project walk-throughs with clients for quality checks
  • Staying within timelines and budgets for residential and commercial reconstruction projects
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction from initial contact to project completion

What you need to have:

  • 5+ years of reconstruction experience
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team
  • High School Diploma/GED required, higher education preferred
  • Insurance reconstruction experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Valid driver's license
