The Position: We're looking for a Construction Manager. You'll be responsible for:
- Oversee and lead the Gulfport Reconstruction division comprised of Project Managers, Team Coordinators, and Technicians
- Meet or exceed departmental quality targets and improve the customer experience
- Be a leader through continuous process improvements, implementation of state-of-the-art technology and business strategies
- Maintain a strong and skilled reconstruction team by equipping them with tools/resources, supplying service divisions, and identifying team staffing needs
- Partner with Project Managers to schedule laborers and on-site visits, work through reconstruction project problems, and ensure team has support needed to succeed
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Planning the reconstruction projects from start to finish
- Conducting project walk-throughs with clients for quality checks
- Staying within timelines and budgets for residential and commercial reconstruction projects
- Monitoring customer satisfaction from initial contact to project completion
What you need to have:
- 5+ years of reconstruction experience
- 2+ years of experience leading a team
- High School Diploma/GED required, higher education preferred
- Insurance reconstruction experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Valid driver's license
