Description:  The RN Night Supervisor organizes and directs work on their assigned shift as follows: 

• Oversees 20-25 RN, LPN, CNA Staff in providing Skilled Nursing Services for Residents and ensure quality standards are met.
• Provides leadership and guidance to nursing and other staff in the building.
• Assumes oversight for the building on their staff.
• Ensures compliance with policy/procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Ensures effective communication with residents, family members, agencies, physicians, and referral sources.
• Works closely with other Departments, especially Respiratory Department 

Position Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, current NJ RN licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, specialty certification preferred.
• Minimum three years pediatric nursing experience
• Current/Active CPR Certification (only AHA or ARC are accepted; certification must include cognitive and skills training)
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Prior supervisory/management experience preferred.

Hours: Full-Time 3 days a week position (12 hour shifts) 7:00PM-7:00AM (1 in 3 weekends- Saturday/Sunday)

Salary Details: $45.66/hr.-$46.09/hr. plus 15% shift differential (only for time worked between 7PM-7AM), totaling $52.51-$53.00/hr.
