Location: Louisiana (local candidates preferred) Additional Locations: Hotels in Houma, Louisiana, and outside Anaheim, California 

Position Overview:

Jos Posting-BN Management is seeking experienced General Managers for our limited-service hotels. Candidates must have prior experience with Hilton, Marriott  and Choice Hotels to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

- Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.

- Maintain compliance with brand standards and local regulations.

- Drive sales and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue.

- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff.

- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.

 

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.

- Proven experience with Hilton, Marriott  and Choice Hotels is required.

- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
