Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

The Senior Electromechanical Maintenance Technician is a hands-on role focused on executing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial production equipment in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. This position works directly on the floor, responding to breakdowns, performing scheduled maintenance, and restoring equipment to safe operation with minimal downtime.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.

• Proven experience working in 24/7 manufacturing environments.

• Strong practical knowledge of:

1. Mechanical systems (conveyors, pneumatics, pumps).
2. Electrical systems (motors, starters, basic controls).

• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

• Strong troubleshooting skills at the equipment level.

• Comfortable working under pressure during production downtime.

Preferred

 • Experience in food or beverage manufacturing.

• Experience troubleshooting VFDs (fault recognition and reset).

• Basic welding or fabrication skills.

• Experience with sanitary equipment
