E-Commerce Amazon Customer Service Rep and Assistant Analyst

The position requires familiarity with the eCommerce market, including experience selling to and through amazon.com and other significant e-retailers who are customers. The Assistant will support eCommerce sales by analyzing data and providing timely response to pricing, customer support and requirements.  

  • Provide recommendations for pricing changes / variances in order to enhance sales by channel.
  • Respond to customer feedback
  • Must have very strong EXCEL and MATH skills
  • Ability to analyze data and effectively communicate to management
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to an ever-changing diverse environment 
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and a Minimum of 0-1 years directly relevant work experience especially with data analysis
  • This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.
