JM Test Systems is hiring a Customer Retention & Quoting Specialist

Job Summary
The Customer Retention & Quoting Specialist supports and retains customers within a designated region by providing a seamless experience in equipment maintenance and quoting processes. This role serves as the primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and concerns, with a focus on building strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
  • Follow up on upcoming or overdue calibrations and safety testing.
  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries and prepare accurate quotes.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM, including contact details, equipment, and service history.
  • Track customer activity to identify growth opportunities or risks.
  • Log and report customer complaints in line with company procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Education & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers and vendors
