Job Summary
The Customer Retention & Quoting Specialist supports and retains customers
within a designated region by providing a seamless experience in equipment
maintenance and quoting processes. This role serves as the primary point of
contact for inquiries, requests, and concerns, with a focus on building strong
relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving retention and
growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
- Follow up on upcoming or overdue calibrations and safety testing.
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries and prepare accurate quotes.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM, including contact details, equipment, and service history.
- Track customer activity to identify growth opportunities or risks.
- Log and report customer complaints in line with company procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Education & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and vendors
