Payroll Customer Success Specialist
Job description
Paytime, Inc. is a full-service payroll service bureau located in Mechanicsburg, PA. We are currently seeking an Customer Success Specialist to provide unparalleled customer service by assisting clients in maximizing the features and functionality of our single employee record Human Capital Management application. The job duties include troubleshooting payroll and HR system-related issues, as well as providing system training, and acting as a liaison to HCM Specialists and Tax for escalated issues. The incumbent would be responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships through verbal and written communication for a portfolio of clients from different backgrounds and industries. This is a full-time position located in our Mechanicsburg Office.
A qualified candidate has:
· Experience utilizing or maintaining Human Capital Management (HCM) software for payroll, time and labor, or human resource functionality
· Knowledge of payroll and human resource concepts
· Customer service experience
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· The ability to prioritize and follow-through
· Basic knowledge of MS Internet Explorer, Outlook and Office
