Description:

 

Montrose Travel is now part of the CTM (Corporate Travel Management) family.  We’re one of America’s TOP 10 travel companies with over $3 billion in sales.  We have two offices in Southern California located in Palmdale and Montrose (Glendale area) where we are seeking Travel Agents for both locations with significant call center experience.  Our training class will start in late January/early February 2018.

 

The successful candidates will have a strong work ethic that will arrive to work on time, be productive and are looking for a challenging career.  Travel Agent & Call Center Experience is a Plus!!!

 

Our call centers are open 5:00 am to 9:00 pm 7 days a week.  Schedules are based on business necessity and assigned through a bidding process and can include weekend days.

 

Duties:

 

  • Answering phones

  • Resolving customer service issues appropriately

  • Online bookings for air, car and hotel

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines

  • Professionally answer phones and return calls

  • Call Center experience preferred

  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in the travel industry with Apollo GDS appreciated

  • Spanish speaking appreciated
