Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare GAAP compliant financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Optimize and complete month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Manage payables/receivables, general ledger, and payroll entries.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Assist in compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Liaise with external auditors and other consultants.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Optimistic and positive attitude
• Prior experience as auditor in public accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Certified Public Accountant
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related role.

Preferred:

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting standards.
• Expert level excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus.
