Mechanical Assembler

To meet the growing demand for our product we’re currently seeking a Mechanical Assembler. In this position you will apply your skills to build high-quality agricultural equipment and get to be the last touch on it before it gets in the hands of our customer.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Assemble components and sub‑assemblies according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standard
• Perform work with a high level of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
• Verify fit, finish, and functionality to ensure quality standards are met before product moves forward
• Identify defects, errors, or deviations and take appropriate action to prevent quality issues from advancing
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and safe work practices at all times
• Identify process inefficiencies, quality concerns, or safety risks and bring them forward
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest practical solutions
• Work collaboratively with team members and leaders to meet production goals

We’re Looking For:

·         Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment

·         Ability to read and follow technical instructions, drawings, and specifications

·         Strong attention to detail with a quality‑focused mindset

·         Problem‑solving skills and willingness to raise concerns or improvement ideas

·         Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

·         Commitment to safety, consistency, and continuous learning

·         Manufacturing, assembly, or hands‑on technical experience is an asset

• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role
