As a camp counselor you will have the opportunity to lead our campers through games, crafts, and other fun activities throughout the camp day. From this position you will gain useful leadership and time management skills.
Hours will vary based upon camp enrollment, but counselors should expect to work 12-20 hours per week from late May to Early August.
Onboarding & Training:
Onboarding will take place in April or May
Training will begin in May
First full week of camp: May 25th - 29th
Last full week of camp: August 3rd - 7th
What You Bring
15 years or older
Experience working with elementary aged children
Excellent public speaking and customer service skills
Desire to grow as a team member, educator, and human being
Ability to stand or walk and be able to perform physical work outside in all weather conditions
Ability to bend, stoop, and lift 25-50 pounds when necessary
Ability to work long hours, weekends, weekdays, and holidays when needed
What We Offer
Starting hourly rate of $11.50/hr
