Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our solar products and services.
- Conduct thorough consultations with homeowners to assess their energy needs and provide suitable solar solutions.
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the financial incentives available.
- Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of our solar products to potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, policies, and regulations related to solar energy.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in solar energy systems for residential applications.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to work a Monday through Saturday work schedule, with flexibility to accommodate customer appointments.

-Flexibility to work remotely with an understanding that customer appointments will take place at the customer's home.
