Option 1: The Pre-Apprenticeship (The "Fast Track")Perfect for those who want to test the waters and gain basic certifications quickly.

Duration: 4 Weeks (Intensive)

What you get: OSHA-10, basic tool safety, and a "Golden Ticket" (direct entry) into our full apprenticeship.

The Goal: Immediate readiness for entry-level site work.
A 2-year professional journey where you are a paid employee from Day 1.

Duration: 2 Years (includes 320 hours of classroom instruction).

Training Structure: * The "Core": 4–8 weeks of intensive classroom and hands-on lab training.

The "Field": Mentored On-the-Job Training (OJT) with our partner contractors.

Construction Craft Laborers are the "Swiss Army Knives" of the job site. You will learn:

Site Prep: Grade checking, trenching, and site layout.

Concrete & Masonry: Handling, placing, and finishing concrete.

Power Tools: Operating air hammers, earth tampers, and small hoists.

Safety & Signaling: Controlling traffic and managing site hazards.

Must be 18 years or older.

Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
