Intensive In-Home Qualified Professional (IIH-QP)
Location: Smithfield, NC / Selma, NC
Field-based role (local travel required)
Job Type: Per Diem
Job Summary: Provide Intensive In-Home (IIH) services to children and adolescents (ages 5–17) and their families. Deliver **2–6 hours of weekly in-home therapy per family**. Maintain a caseload of **8–12 families**. Focus on reducing crisis events, improving family functioning, and preventing higher levels of care (hospitalization or placement).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-home therapy and behavioral interventions
- Deliver psychoeducation and skill-building to caregivers and youth
- Maintain a caseload of **8–12 active families**
- Complete clinical documentation within **24–48 hours of service**
- Participate in **weekly supervision (1 hour)** and team meetings
- Respond to crisis situations (phone and in-person as needed)
- Coordinate care with schools, DSS, juvenile justice, and outpatient providers
- Develop and implement Person-Centered Plans with **30-day measurable goals**
- Track progress and adjust interventions based on outcomes
Required Qualifications
Must meet **North Carolina Qualified Professional (QP) criteria**:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Services +2 years post-graduate experience with children/adolescents
OR
* Bachelor’s degree in any field +4 years experience with children/adolescents
OR
* Master’s degree in Human Services +1 year experience
OR
* Master’s degree in any field +2 years experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with IIH, community-based services, or crisis intervention
