Project Scheduler - Candidate Pool

The Opportunity
We are proactively seeking a Project Scheduler to join our team during our next expansion phase later this year. This is a "Future Talent" posting to connect with candidates now to prepare for our upcoming project load.
The Role
As a Project Scheduler, you are responsible for bringing structure and visibility to our builds, ensuring that complex projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Master Scheduling: Develop, baseline, and maintain detailed project schedules (WBS) from engineering through to final delivery.
- Critical Path Management: Identify dependencies, analyze risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing leads to define milestones and track actual progress against forecasts.
- Reporting: Prepare status dashboards and performance reports for project leadership to ensure full visibility into the project lifecycle.
- ERP Management: Maintain accurate scheduling data and project controls within our internal systems.
What You Bring
- Experience: 3–5+ years in project scheduling or project controls (Manufacturing or Industrial background preferred).
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/MRP systems.
- Mindset: A detail-oriented self-starter who can bring order to a fast-paced, changing environment.
