Common Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in making sure our guests have everything they need so they leave the table satisfied, every time
• Provide exceptional customer service by serving food and performing all related tasks in a welcoming, engaging, professional manner with attention to detail
• Monitor station to ensure all tables are set properly
• Take guest orders using suggestive selling and knowledgeable recommendations to increase customer satisfaction
• Ensure proper course is served at the appropriate time
• Serve and replenish beverages, flatware, bread and other necessities throughout the meal
• Clear and reset tables efficiently when necessary
• Complete daily side work duties as assigned
• Strive to offer an exceptional customer experience at every meal
• Assist with Special events, which include set up and take down
• Any other duties as assigned
