We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager at our Crestview, FL location, to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service. This leadership role offers a competitive compensation package with earnings of $100,000+ annually. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for team development, and a proven ability to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff scheduling.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experience.
- Monitor financial performance, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and customer loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to drive customer traffic.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management and retail operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of agricultural and construction equipment, particularly Kubota products preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
