Legal Services of North Florida is hiring an Assistant Director of Operations and Compliance, who will join LSNF’s management team. Admission to the Florida Bar is preferred; similar post-graduate degree may be considered in combination with relevant experience. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience implementing programs, supervising employees, participating in budget preparation/oversight, and engaging in grant proposal development.
Candidates must have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a high level of comfort with technology, project management, and systems development. Ability to work independently and in team environments, to analyze complex issues and to obtain results to positively impact LSNF, our clients, and our communities will also be considered. Candidates must demonstrate a history of community engagement, a high level of professionalism and integrity, and a commitment to the mission, vision, and values of Legal Services of North Florida. The primary duties will include work in the areas of operations and technology functions; human resources; program development, including grant-writing and implementation; regulatory and other compliance; and some engagement in the delivery of direct legal services in support of LSNF’s mission.
Salary of $65,000 is negotiable depending on experience. Comprehensive fringe benefits package includes paid holidays, paid vacation (which after two years, increases to five weeks per year), sick leave, and, after sixty days, fully paid health insurance for employee & dependent children, retirement plan, term life, and disability insurance.
