Asst. Maintenance Tech. EV Longview

Churchill Residential, Evergreen at Longview, a 100-unit Senior Living Community is looking for an Asst. Maintenance Technician.  Assists and works under the direct supervision of the Lead Maintenance Tech providing excellent customer service each day in all aspects of operations including resident and staff relations.  Assists in maintaining building exteriors and common areas which include picking up trash and maintaining cleanliness of hallways.  Responsible for completing make readies in a timely manner in compliance with company procedures and policies.  Experience in painting, electrical, HVAC and plumbing.  Responsible for completion of service work orders.  At least two-years prior apartment maintenance experience required.  EPA required and CPO certification preferred. Must be able to meet the physical requirements listed in the job description.
