Lead Installer Wanted

The Comfort Authority is hiring a Lead HVAC Installer in Tampa.

We are looking for a dependable lead who cares about quality, standards, and doing the job right.

This is not a role for someone who cuts corners, needs constant chasing, or wants low expectations. This is for an experienced installer who takes ownership, leads by example, and wants to be part of a company with a strong reputation and clear standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
• Maintain quality, pace, and professionalism on every job
• Train and guide apprentices and helpers
• Communicate clearly with customers, management and teammates
• Keep jobs organized, clean, and moving
• Protect the customer experience in the home
• Solve field issues without creating unnecessary drama

What We’re Looking For

• Residential HVAC install experience
• Experience leading jobs or operating as the lead installer
• Strong workmanship and pride in quality
• Dependability and follow-through
• Professional communication
• Ability to work within standards and expectations
• Coachable attitude
• Valid driver’s license
