Your role:



As a Recruiter at JC Law, you will play a crucial role in supporting our hiring team's efforts in recruiting and onboarding top talent. Your responsibilities will include actual recruiting, hunting on LI, including candidate database maintenance and schedule coordination. You will actively participate in screening candidates, facilitating interviews, and contributing to the onboarding process.

Your responsibilities:

  • Work with the leadership team  to design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Coordinate interviews and contact applicants as needed
  • Write, edit, and post job descriptions for social media, career websites, and university job boards
  • Research and recruit candidates to widen the qualified applicant pool
  • Conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including reference or background checks

Develop and maintain an accurate, organized, and detailed candidate database

Compensation:

  • Base salary range for this role is $70,000-$75,000 annually (commensurate with ability)
  • Rapid promotability for motivated employees to advance and take on more responsibility
