Senior PD/Production Coordinator (Apparel)

TCW Trends, Inc. is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Senior PD/Production Coordinator (Apparel) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in apparel production and product development, preferably with club store programs (Sam’s Club, Costco), and can manage multiple styles, timelines, and vendor relationships with accuracy and professionalism.

This role supports the full lifecycle of product development and production — from costing and tech pack review to T&A management, sample approvals, communication with overseas teams, and coordination of shipping and testing requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate product development, costing, and production timelines (T&A).

• Review tech packs, BOMs, and POs for accuracy before sending to overseas teams.

• Communicate daily with overseas offices/factories to track progress and resolve issues.

• Review and approve samples, lab dips, strike‑offs, trims, and accessories.

• Manage lab testing, inspections, and production quality checkpoints.

• Prepare shipping reports, verify documents, and track couriers/samples.

• Serve as the main contact for customers regarding production and delivery updates.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on‑time, accurate execution.

What You Bring

• 5+ years experience in apparel production and product development.

• Experience with knits and wovens.

• Preferred: Club store experience (Sam’s Club, Costco).

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Ability to work on‑site in Torrance, CA.
