Schedule

·         Full-Time/Part-Time; Seasonal

·         $20/ Hour.

·         9am-5pm

·         Flexibility in schedule but early mornings and weekend work required

Summary
The Facility Attendant plays a vital role in delivering a first-class Member experience by ensuring all clubhouse and operational spaces are consistently clean, organized, and fully stocked.

This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the maintenance shop, clubhouse washrooms, locker rooms, and on-course restroom facilities. The ideal candidate takes pride in attention to detail, understands the importance of presentation, and works proactively to uphold Glendale’s high standards.

Responsibilities

·         Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of:

o    Clubhouse washrooms

o    Locker rooms (including daily stocking of toiletries and supplies)

o    On-course washroom facilities

o    Turf Care maintenance shop and surrounding work areas

·         Ensure all washrooms are fully stocked, sanitized, and presented to a high standard throughout the day

·         Monitor supply levels and communicate restocking needs to leadership

·         Take ownership of assigned areas and complete tasks independently

·         Identify and address cleanliness or maintenance concerns proactively

·         Maintain safe handling and proper use of cleaning equipment and materials

·         Support special events or tournaments with additional cleaning or preparation as needed

·         Uphold and embody the Club’s Mission and Core Values in daily interactions

·         Foster a respectful, professional, and team-oriented work environment

Skills and Qualifications

·         Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

·         Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

·         Positive attitude and team-first mindset

·         Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct

·         Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing

·         Previous custodial or facility maintenance experience considered an asset
