Inside Sales Specialist (Temp to hire)

Sparrow Company is looking for an Inside Sales / Customer Service for one of our clients in Chino, CA. Experience in medical devices sales preferred.

• Building relationships: Inside sales representatives build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and sales strategies.

• Understanding customer needs: They initiate contact with potential customers to discuss their needs and explain how their offerings can meet those needs.

• Addressing customer questions: They use their product knowledge to answer customer questions and concerns.

• Closing sales: They use communication and negotiation skills to close sales and process payments.

• Generating leads: They research and identify potential customers using a variety of sources such as online searches, social media, or referrals.

• Qualifying leads: They determine which leads are most likely to become customers by evaluating their needs and budget.

• Tracking customer information: They track and update customer information in CRM.

• Monitoring customer accounts: They monitor customer accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
