Inbound Customer Service Representative

This position requires top-level support to customers, realtors, and investors. The customer service manager is responsible for providing a productive and motivating work environment, being customer-friendly and helpful while addressing any issues/disputes from customers or clients.

• Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers
• Scheduling real estate inspections in software paying attention to details.
• Managing incoming calls and emails
• Managing customer and client accounts
• Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
• Generating sales leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary
• Reporting back on results

This position has an hourly base pay of $10-15 per hour plus sales commission.

Must have the following to be considered:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Quiet home office during office hours
• Able to work during the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM CST
• Able to speak about or learn geography of Houston area
