Registered Nurse (RN) (Full Time)
The Holland Christian Home is hiring FULL-TIME Registered Nurses (RN) for any of the following shifts:
- 11 PM - 7 AM
As an RN, you will take responsibility for residents in your care, including by collaborating with physicians, administering medications and treatments, and maintaining clinical records. You will also contribute to overall care plans with our MDS Coordinator and supervise Mountain View Nursing Unit when necessary.

Compensation starts at $34/hour or higher commensurate with experience.
Registered Nurse (RN) requirements:
- Registered Nurse currently licensed by the State of New Jersey
- CPR Certification
- Must work every other weekend
- Physical requirements: Regularly communicating and working with residents, co-worker and visitors. This includes daily standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching. To prevent unsafe lifting, we require the use of assistive lift devices whenever possible.
Helpful (but not required) experience:
- Long-term care
- 3+ years as an RN

Our typical nurse-to-patient ratios are lower than average at skilled nursing facilities in New Jersey! Our LPN and CNA ratios are also comparable to or lower than NJ SNF averages.
