Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for receiving and transferring all incoming calls to the appropriate person/department, assuring that all messages are detailed and accurate. Maintain appointment schedule for physicians. Files documents, charts, billing sheets, distribute faxes and sign out charts. Completes and produces a high volume of work with detail and accuracy. Bilingual in English and Spanish are a requirement for this position.
- Education: H.S. education, College experience preferred.
- Computer Skills: M.S. Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent customer service skills, ability to manage a multi-line phone and ability to multi-task.
