Metal Fabricator - First Shift - Sterling Heights, MI

We're seeking a skilled and meticulous Metal Fabricator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be fabricating and refining metal surfaces to meet precise quality standards and specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency with various air tools, and a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications & skills:

• Experience with air tools, palm sanders, grinding and files
• File, grind and sand surfaces
• Metal finish & prep surfaces
• Must be able to maintain clean work area
• Must be willing to learn and train
• Must be reliable and good work history is a plus.
• Must have transportation 

Schedule:

• 1st Shift - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with overtime if desired. 
• Some weekends may be required.
• Sometimes shift increases to 10-hour days (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Requirements:

• This job requires steel-toe shoes.
