Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: 4700 14th ST NW Washington, DC 20011
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Roof Site Surveyor to join our team. This position is critical to ensure that our proposed solar projects are feasible to installed on homes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in maintaining an organized schedule, and enjoy being on the road daily traveling to job sites, we encourage you to apply. Our ideal candidate would have previous experience as a roofer or solar site surveyor.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Ability to climb ladders outdoors up to 3 stories high to access roofs.
- Ability to climb ladders indoors to access attic spaces.
- Ability to maneuver in tight attic spaces to get measurements.
- Previous experience in construction, roofing, or engineering design preferred.
- Knowledge on, or willingness to learn how to patch drywall hole if ever needed to open a hole in a wall or ceiling.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
