Liberty Health Care Center is looking for a dependable, hardworking Dietary Aide / Dishwasher to support our kitchen and dining services. This role is essential to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming dining experience for our residents. What You’ll Do Food Service & Trayline Support

• Set up trayline and dining areas; verify diet cards for accuracy (allergies, textures, portions)

• Portion and plate meals according to recipes and physician-ordered diets

• Deliver and collect meal trays; assist with nourishments and hydration stations

• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents during mealtimes

Dishwashing & Sanitation

• Operate the dish machine and 3-compartment sink safely and effectively

• Wash pots, pans, and kitchen utensils; store items properly

• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, prep areas, carts, and floors

• Assist with routine and rotating deep-cleaning tasks

Kitchen & Team Support

• Assist cooks with basic food prep as needed

• Receive and store deliveries following safety and quality standards

• Communicate resident concerns or preferences to kitchen leadership

• Follow infection control, food safety, and HIPAA guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to read and follow diet cards and instructions

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

• Comfortable standing/walking for most of the shift

• Ability to lift 20–25 lbs regularly (up to 50–60 lbs occasionally)

• Food Handler/Sanitation certificate (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to meet employment and health requirements (background, drug screen, TB/health clearance)

Schedule & Status

• Part-Time

• 8-hour shifts

• Weekend and holiday availability may be required
