The Gilmore Collection is looking for an experienced saucier to join the Gilmore Catering Team. This chef would be in charge of making all of our sauces and stews from scatch. A dedication to maintaining the highest quality in all projects is required. This is an hourly position, and compensation is to be determined in later interviews and will be based on experience. Gilmore Catering's kitchen is based inside The BOB, located in downtown Grand Rapids (20 Monroe Ave NW). Please apply and submit a resume to set-up an interview!
