As our Online Payment
Specialist, you will be responsible for the effective servicing of external and
internal members and providing support for all eBanking applications of
consumer and business online banking, consumer and business online bill pay,
ACH origination, remote deposit capture, P2P and A2A transactions.

banking. We offer all the services you're accustomed to, but at better rates
and lower fees. That's because we're structured differently than banks. Banks
are in business to earn profits for their stockholder investors. Our credit

be responsible for:
maintaining and supporting Online Banking applications. Resolving escalated member issues/problems
with Online Banking systems.
as Business System owner of the Online Banking applications, including bill
pay, remote deposit, Person to Person Payments, mobile banking, Quicken and
Partner with IT as necessary.
any vendor relationship associated with electronic banking.
and implementation of software releases.
and support for online banking services.
a subject matter expert in all areas related to online banking:
any necessary reports, studies or services required by management.
proficiency and knowledge in Windows operating systems, Excel, and Outlook is
of banking and financial services delivery.
and familiarity troubleshooting cloud-based technology.
banking solutions including bill pay, online banking, mobile devices, mobile
banking, Quicken, and remote deposit.
average technical ability to support products/services and customers.
writing skills with the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns,
and overcome objections.
average oral and written communication skills and ability to follow oral and
telephone etiquette and customer service skills
problem solving, data collecting and analyzing skills
school diploma or equivalent
years of financial institution experience in the Payments field.
years of experience working with various systems and system integrations.
knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet and Email.
degree in banking finance or related field.
years’ experience in payments services or branch operations.
