A Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee full facility operations. This is a full-time, permanent leadership role requiring prior experience as a Nursing Home Administrator within a Skilled Nursing Facility.
The selected Administrator will be responsible for regulatory compliance, census performance, financial oversight, staffing stability, and overall operational accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight of all clinical, operational, and financial functions
- Ensure compliance with federal and state long-term care regulations
- Maintain continuous survey readiness and regulatory standards
- Oversee admissions, census development, and payer mix performance
- Manage budgeting, labor control, and financial reporting
- Lead department heads to ensure accountability and performance
- Oversee QAPI participation and quality improvement initiatives
- Serve as primary liaison with residents, families, and community stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a Skilled Nursing Facility required
- Demonstrated experience managing state survey processes
- Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and SNF reimbursement models
- Proven experience overseeing facility budgets, staffing, and operational performance
- Bachelor’s degree required
