Job Description: Registered Nurse – Sycamore Care Strategies

Location: Loogootee, IN 47553

Sycamore Care Strategies is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a nursing home setting and possess a current RN license. This is a full-time position with day 12 hour shift available.

Skills Required:

• Professional license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Ability to collaborate with physicians
• Experience in long-term care

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care to patients
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Communicate with patients and their families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards
