What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with daily care and medication administration
• Build meaningful relationships and provide compassionate support
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families
• Follow all safety, infection control, and community policies

What You Bring

• Medication administration experience in assisted living preferred
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and assist residents as needed
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to pass background screening, drug screening, and required health clearances
