Location: Valley View Nursing and Rehabilitation, 4430 Talbot Rd S Renton WA 98055
Hours/Shifts: Full Time Hours M-F with Flexibility
Day in the Life of a Certified Dietary Manager:
Oversees Cooks and Dietary Aides to ensure compliance in all Dietary Aspects
Interacts with Residents and Staff for dietary satisfaction
Prepares food for regular and therapeutic diets according to the planned menu.
Prepares food using proper food handling and food safety.
Uses the correct portion control utensils during preparation and service food.
Planning menus alongside Dietitians and Doctors and IDT
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong candidates will have at least 1 year experience nutrition services experience in clinical setting
