We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at a skilled nursing facility in the Orlando area. This role is ideal for an administrator who knows how to drive census, maintain survey readiness, and lead a strong interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
• Ensure full compliance with Florida and federal regulations
• Lead and support department heads across nursing, rehab, and ancillary services
• Lead with strong customer service and maintain strong occupancy
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost controls
• Maintain survey readiness and lead during inspections
• Build and sustain a positive culture for staff and residents

Qualifications

• Active Florida Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license (REQUIRED)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a SNF Administrator (REQUIRED)
• Strong knowledge of Florida survey process and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to improve operations, census, and team performance
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
