NASCAR Racing Experience is seeking positive, outgoing, and energetic crew members to be a part of our Customer Service and Merchandise Sales Team.

Customer Service is #1: We do whatever we can to make our guests experience great from the time they arrive until their departure. You listen, you help, and you make them want to come back!

Candidate should proactively find ways to improve the customer experience; show the confidence and courage to do what's right; take action with energy and urgency.

Candidates will sell racing experiences, apparel, photos, and other items out of our merchandise trailer on weekends. During the week the associate will assist in our Concord, NC location taking new reservations and answering customer questions in a call center environment. This could mean handling a high volume of phone calls on a multi-line phone system.

A viable candidate MUST be able to work weekdays and/or weekends. The schedule may vary.

Travel to other locations across the US is required and included in compensation.

The job consists of standing on your feet for several hours at a time at the racetrack.

This job is part-time offering hours up to 30 per week.

Travel Time, Per Diem, and Hotels are provided.
