About Tricks Granite Bay

Tricks Granite Bay is a high-energy gymnastics and dance facility serving children from walking age through teens. Our programs focus on developing the whole child through movement, positive coaching, and an encouraging environment where kids can safely take risks, build strength, and celebrate their wins.

Our team members are positive role models who help create a fun, structured, and welcoming atmosphere for every child who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

As a Gymnastics Instructor, you will:

• Lead fun, structured gymnastics classes for children (we offer classes for ages 10 weeks to 17 years old)
• Teach foundational gymnastics skills on floor, bars, beam, vault, and trampoline
• Create a positive, encouraging environment where every child feels successful
• Ensure classes run safely and efficiently while maintaining high energy and engagement
• Communicate with parents about student progress and celebrate milestones
• Help keep the gym clean, organized, and ready for classes
• Be a positive team player who contributes to the overall Tricks experience

What We're Looking For

• Energetic, outgoing, and great with kids
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Passionate about youth development through movement
• Comfortable leading groups of children and managing class flow
• Willing to learn and grow through coaching and training

Experience in gymnastics, cheer, dance, sports, childcare, or education is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 15 1/2 years or older
• Ability to be active for extended periods (spotting, demonstrating skills, moving equipment)
• Ability to communicate clearly with children, parents, and coworkers
• Must pass background check (18+)
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
