The Regal Room is seeking an experienced Head Bartender to help lead our craft cocktail program and uphold the elevated guest experience we’re known for.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-standards environment, takes ownership, and leads by example behind the bar.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in service standards and professionalism
• Execute high-quality craft cocktails with speed and consistency
• Support training and development of bartenders
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and prep standards
• Ensure smooth service flow during busy shifts
• Assist with inventory awareness and product care
• Help uphold Regal Room culture and guest experience
